Why is it 3D-Printed?
While there are many options for trays on the market, we aim to create products that are affordable and available to everyone. This also allows us to update designs and create new designs at a faster rate.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Excluding pre-orders, orders will ship within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to the email provided.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. 


Returns and Exchanges

How do I request a refund/exchange?
If you would like to request a refund/exchange, please contact us before shipping your package to us. If you have shipped an item to us for an exchange or return without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

How long after my order can I submit a return or exchange request?
You are allowed up to 14 days after delivery to make a return/exchange request. Requests outside of the 14 day delivery period will be subject to store credit.

Under what product condition will you accept returns?
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returned items cannot be damaged, scratched, used, or altered in any ways. 

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to Prota Designs and will not be refunded for the shipping cost of the original order

Damaged Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

What do I do if my order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please provide photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. 

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 14 days of purchase.

Once the damaged/incorrect item is shipped back to our warehouse, we will ship you a replacement. Please reach out to us right way by emailing us.

We will resolve your issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damaged to any merchandise if the item is mishandled or tampered.
